Looking at life through nano-coated lenses

Posts from the ‘Windows’ category

Just learned that my photo “Window In The Leaves” was selected “Best In Show” at this year’s Members Show. Wow! I have to confess that being in an “all media” show, I’m a little surprised a photograph won. Guess that’s a reflection of my memories from the 1970s when there was a big issue about whether photography was actually an art. Apparently that question is no longer an issue. Good news!

We tend to view the “real” world as something Out There which we observe with detachment – as if we’re looking out a window. Actually, windows are  multidimensional; what we see looking through them can be influenced by reflections on our side of the glass. This has implications for how we view reality.
